BRC EP-133 is advanced wet rub fastness improver for cellulosic and blends providing enhanced fastness properties previously unattainable without the use of harmful chemistry and negative influence on the fabric natural ascetics
BRC EP-133 improves the rubbing fastness of dyeing and prints with reactive dyes, Indigo & Sulphur dyes on cellulosic fibres.

3. Application: -
Based on different kind and concentration of dyes, different kind and pattern of treated fabric, Dosage as below:
3.1) Dipping
BRC EP-133 : 2 4% (o.w.f.) (Adjustment base on color)
Bath ratio : 1:1020
Dyed fabric (pH<=7) Dip for30mins Dry at 120C and Cure at 150C for 2mins.
3.2) Padding
BRC EP-133 : 30 50 g/L
Dyed fabrics (pH <= 7) One dip-One Nip with pick up 80 90%
Dry at : 120C for 2min.
Cure at : 150C for 2min.
Combine Process with silicon by padding
BRC EP-133 : 30-50 g/L
Silkensoft Z20 : 10-20 g/L
Dyed fabrics (pH <= 7) One dip-One Nip with pick up 80 90%
Dry at : 120C for 2min.
Cure at : 150C for 2min.
3.3) Exhaust
BRC EP-133 : 2-4% (o.w.f.)
M:L:R : 1:10
pH : 6-7
Temp : 45C
Time : 30min
