(Immense Soft, Surface and Hydrophobic Silicone Emulsion)
1. Product description
Silkensoft VG119 is a novel linear, amino modified poly siloxane. It imparts immense smoothness and softness. It has good stability. Silkensoft VG119 delivers good hand feel to various fabrics like cotton, Polyester and blends. It has high performance on price ratio compared with the other silicone emulsion.
2. Properties: -
Appearance as such :Clear Colorless to S. Yellow Viscous Flowable Transparent Liquid
pH (10% Dil.) : 4-7
Ionicity : Non-ionic (*May act slightly cationic in strong Acidic Condition)
Solubility: Soluble in water
Note: - *Compatibility with anionic finishing agent to be checked before going to bulk
3. Application: -
Exhaust Application 0.5 4.0 % on (owf) Silkensoft VG119 should be applied at 40 C temperature for 30 minutes.
Padding Application - 5 50 gpl Silkensoft VG119 should be applied and dried at 110 120C for 2 3 mins and Cure at 150 160C for 2-3 mins
4. Special Features: -
Endow fabric Smooth and soft hand feel, especially on Cotton, polyester and blends
Better stability compared to traditional amino silicone oil and emulsion
Can be co-applied with fluorocarbon soil release agents.
Effectively solved the problem of sticking to the roller.
Very low yellowing.
Endow the fabric excellent elastic style
5. Packaging: - 50 kgs open top drum.
