1) Product character

1.1) This is a modified amino silicone which imparts immense smoothness and softness

1.2) Improves sewability

1.3) Can be applied by Spray, Exhaust as well as by Padding

1.4) Produces finishing effect which is fast to washing and dry cleaning

1.5) Excellent Surface and softness in the fabric

1.6) Suitable for cotton fabrics and knitwear made of cotton, polyester or cotton/ polyester blends.

Appearance : Clear to colorless liquid

Ionicity : Cationic

Solubility : Easily miscible with water

pH : 5 1

3) Application

3.1) Application amount and condition

                                                      Cellulose / Polyester goods

Padding :                                             10 30gpl

Exhaust (o.w.f) :                                     13%

Spray :                                                  300 gpl

pH : 5.0 5.5 with acetic acid

Exhaust application : 30 50C X 30 min

Drying : 110 130C x 2~x min

Curing (at padding, if necessary) : 150 180C X 60 120 sec

4) Safe use and handling

Good hygienic and industrial practices should be followed and, when employed as recommended, Silkensoft JBX 28 will not present any hazard. However, prolonged skin contact with the neat product should be avoided and any splashes on the skin should be washed off with water.
