Product description
Alsil AD15 is a second-generation special amino fluid designed to give excellent softness with smoothness. Alsil AD15 is hydrophobic amino silicone oil to give softness along with sufficient
smoothness. It has cationic nature that enhances its ability of exhaustion on the substrate. These fluids are easily emulsified with standard emulsifiers.

3. Application: -
Exhaust Application 1 2% on (owf) Alsil AD15 (20% Emulsion) should be applied at 30 40 C temperature for 30 mins
Padding Application - 20 30 gpl of Alsil AD15 (20% Emulsion) should be applied and dried at 110 120 C for 2-3mins.
4. Dilution process:
Alsil AD15 - 200
TDA6 - 60
BC - 40
Acetic Acid - 5 (to pH 5-7)
Water - 695
Determine the desired concentration (e.g., for 1000 kg of 20% emulsion, you need 200
kg of Alsil AD15, 60 kg of TDA6, 40 kg of BC and 5 kg of Acetic Acid).
Weigh the required amounts of Alsil AD15, TDA6, BC and Acetic Acid.
Add Alsil AD15, TDA6, BC and Acetic Acid to the container.
Gradually add the appropriate amount of water to the container, ensuring you add it slowly to avoid separation or improper mixing.
Mix thoroughly until the emulsion is uniform and well-diluted.
5. Special Features: -
Endow fabric Smooth and soft hand feel, especially on Cotton, polyester and blends
Can be co-applied with fluorocarbon soil release agents.
Effectively solved the problem of sticking to the roller.
Low yellowing.
Endow the fabric excellent elasticity
6. Safe Use Handling: -
Good hygienic and industrial practices should be followed and, when employed as recommended,
Alsil AD15 will not present any hazard. However, prolonged skin contact with the neat product should
