BR-EM SH 60

Silicone Fluid emulsion (Release Agent) .

BR-EM SH 60 is an aqueous silicone fluid emulsion with medium-viscosity un-reactive polydimethylsiloxane.

The emulsion forms a narrow yet effective parting line film. Even at high temperatures, it doesnot carbonise or gum.

It would obliterate organic moulds release in a matter of minutes. It was created specifically to be used as polishing agents. In the formulation of car polish, this emulsion is utilised to create good shine and minimal smear.

Wire and cable lubricant

BR-EM SH 60 does not encourage fungal development. As a result, fungi that feed on paraffin do notharm the look of stored cable.

General:

Extruded rubber part lubricant and anti-sticking agent. Improves the look of newly coiled extrusions by preventing them from adhering together.

For conveyors, there is a release coating. Prevents items from adhering to conveyors, especially those that are working at high temperatures

Storage stability:

If stored in firmly closed original containers between 4 C and 35 C, BR-EM SH 60 has a shelf life of atleast six months. Each batch's "Best use before" date is printed on the product label.

If the material is retained past the authorized shelf life, it is not necessarily unsuitable; nonetheless,a quality check on the qualities relevant to the application should be done.

Packing:

BR- EM SH 40 is available in 25 kg Blue Brand packing.

Good hygienic and industrial practices should be followed and, when employed as recommended, BR-EM SH 60 will not present any hazard. However, prolonged skin contact with the neat product should be avoided and any splashes on the skin should be washed off with water.
