Product Description

Velvety 98B is a 4th generation micro emulsion of modified amino silicones which is self emulsifiable. It is a hydrophobic has high performance of softness compared with the other common silicone emulsion. It has beautiful softness and body breaking with

moderate smoothness on tightly woven fabric. Velvety 98B delivers a soft and full hand feel on cotton woven and its blend, especially the pigment & blotch printed fabric and completely breaks the fabric with incomparable breaking. It has high performance on price ratio compared with the other common silicone oil.

2) Properties

Appearance : Clear Bluish Transparent Liquid

pH : 4-7

Ionic character : Mild Cationic

Solubility : Soluble in water

Note: - Compatibility with anionic finishing agent to be checked before going to bulk.

3) Application

Exhaust Application: 0.5-1% on (owf) Velvety 98B should be applied at 30 40 C temperature for 30 minutes

Padding Application: 5-50 gpl of Velvety 98B should be applied and dried at 110 120 C for 2 3 mins

4) Safe use and handling

Good hygienic and industrial practices should be followed and, when employed as recommended, Velvety 98B will not present any hazard. However, prolonged skin contact with the neat product should be avoided and any splashes on the skin should be washed off with water. The information herein is, to the best of our knowledge, correct
