About Hydrophobic Amino Oil AD-12
Product description
Alsil AD 12 is a second-generation special amino fluid designed to give excellent softness with
smoothness. Alsil AD 12 is less hydrophobic amino silicone oil to give softness along with
sufficient smoothness. It has cationic nature that enhances its ability of exhaustion on the
substrate. These fluids are easily emulsified with standard emulsifiers.

Determine the desired concentration (e.g., for 1000 kg of 20% emulsion, you need 200
kg of Alsil AD 12, 60 kg of TDA-9, 40 kg of Butyl glycol, 30 kg of Isopropyl alcohol and 5
kg of Acetic Acid).
Weigh the required amounts of Alsil AD 12, TDA-9, Butyl glycol, Isopropyl alcohol and
Acetic Acid.
Add Alsil AD 12, TDA-9, Butyl glycol, Isopropyl alcohol and Acetic Acid to the container.
Gradually add the appropriate amount of water to the container, ensuring you add it
slowly to avoid separation or improper mixing.
Mix thoroughly until the emulsion is uniform and well-diluted.
