Acraconc CWSX

1) Product Description

Acraconc CWSX is a fatty amide which has excellent softening, smoothening without hamperingthe initial whiteness index of the fabric and it imparts softness & antistatic properties.

2) Properties

App. (As such) : White to Creamish Flakes

App. (10% dil. in DMW @RT) : White colour liquid

pH (10% dil. in DMW) : 3-5

Ionic character : Cationic

Solubility : Soluble in water

3) Application

3.1) Exhaust Application : 1 3 % on (owf) Acraconc CWSX (10% Dil.) should be applied at 30-40C temp. for applied at 40 60C temperature for 15 - 30 Minutes with pH range 5-6

3.2) Padding Application : 10 - 40 gpl of Acraconc CWSX (10% Dil.) should be applied and dried at 110 120C for 2 - 3mins with pH range 5-6

Water - 90

1. Determine the desired concentration (for example, if you need 100 kg of 10% of dilution, you will require 10 kg of Acraconc CWSX

2. Weight the Flakes

3. Add the Flakes to the container

4. Take 90 kg of water and add slowly

5. Mix thoroughly to ensure good dilution
