Acraconc TQPN

1) Product Description

Acraconc TQPN is a fatty acid esterquat which has excellent softening, smoothening without hampering the initial whiteness index of the fabric.

2) Properties

App./Color at 30C (As such) : Yellow to brown semi liquid

App. (10% dil. in DMW @RT) :  White to light creamish colour liquid

Freezing Temp. :  Below 25C

pH (10% dil. in DMW) :  4-6 

Ionic character : Cationic

Solid : 90%

Solubility : Dispersible in water

3) Application

3.1) Exhaust Application : 1 3 % on (owf) Acraconc TQPN (10% Dil.) should be applied at 30-40C temp. for applied at 40 60C temperature for 15 - 30 Minutes with pH range 5-6

3.2) Padding Application: 10 - 40 gpl of Acraconc TQPN (10% Dil.) should be applied and dried at 110 120C for 2 -3mins with pH range 5-6

4) Safe use and handling

Good hygienic and industrial practices should be followed and, when employed as recommended, Acraconc TQPN will not present any hazard. However, prolonged skin contact with the neat product should be avoided and any splashes on the skin should be washed off with water.
