Product Description
Texocryl ADH Conc.
1) Product Description
Texocryl ADH Conc. is a latest generations resin for bonding polyester fibres on Non- Woven Fabrics / Polyester nets. It gives outstanding adhesion to polyester / polypropylene fiber and prevents migration. The small Nano size particles of the resin help in superior penetration and provide multi-point bonding even in the inner layers of the substrates. The dosage level can be reduced up to 30% compared to self-cross linking acrylic resin
2) Properties
Appearance : Yellowish to Brownish Crystals
pH(10 % Dil.) : 4.5-6
Solubility : Miscible with water
Ionic character : Anionic Chemical Composition : Polymer Resin
3) Dilution process of 25%:
Dilution of ADH Conc. is done in hot water (75-80C)
Add hot water slowly while stirrer.
4) Application: For Stiff Finish: -
Texocryl ADH 25% : 20-100 g/l, pad at 25 - 35C & dry in hot air. For Coating It can be applied by Foam and Knife coating by making coating paste.
