1. Product description
Radiant 30R enhances the color depth of polyester and cotton fabrics, achieving a superior redder effect and elegant tones with significantly enriched shades. It improves the depth of black and deep hues like navy, green, red, and blue, while maintaining fastness properties. The convenient one-step application is trouble-free, avoiding classic finishing issues. It withstands frequent washing and dry-cleaning, ensuring durability without altering the fabric's hand feel.

Note: - *Compatibility with anionic finishing agent to be checked before going to bulk
3. Precautions and Preparation Guidelines for Application:
Thoroughly wash fabric post-dyeing to remove any remaining impurities that may affect deep-dyeing or adhere to pad mangles.
Consider acid neutralizing after dyeing to eliminate alkalis and surfactants, aiming for a pH of 5.0 6.0 in each finishing bath.
Ensure fabric is completely dried before finishing to prevent complications.
Avoid prolonged exposure of auxiliaries in padding liquor to temperatures exceeding 30C.
Aim for maximum pick-up to achieve optimal results, with maximum pick-up percentages varying for different fabric types.
Maintain stenter speed at 15 20m/min for best results, avoiding excessive speeds that may result in stains or diminished dye penetration.
Experiment with stenter speed and temperature adjustments to achieve desired shade depth, and consider pretrial tumbling dry if a stenter is unavailable.
Avoid non-compatible finishing agents to prevent deterioration.
4. Application
Padding Application : 5 50 gpl Radiant 30R should be applied and dried at 110 120 for 2 3 mins and Cure at 150 - 160C for 2-3 mins
5. Packaging: - 50 kgs narrow top drum.
6. Safe Use Handling: -
Good hygienic and industrial practices should be followed and, when employed as recommended, Radiant 30R will not present any hazard. However, prolonged skin contact with the neat product should be avoided and any splashes on the skin should be washed off with water.
